Tax Manager - Mid-Market PE

Job Details

A leading mid-market private equity firm seeks to hire a Tax Manager, where you will join a small established tax team.

Your scope of responsibilities will be varied across companies and advisory/project-based work across the UK and Internationally.

Base salary on offer is up to 100k, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, there will be a discretionary bonus and a host of other benefits.

The successful applicant will be fully qualified (likely ACA and/or CTA) with a strong general grounding in tax. It is not a pre-requisite to have prior PE experience or knowledge of h private fund concepts/structures although this would be advantageous.

The business in questions operates a 4 day per week in office policy.
