At Next Play , we believe the best way to learn business is by being in it. Our Graduate Sales Training Programme is designed to take you from an ambitious graduate to a capable leader in just 12–18 months .
You’ll build real-world commercial skills, learn how to manage people, understand how campaigns run, and get exposure to every part of how a business operates — from sales and marketing through to operations and senior management.
This is a hands-on learning environment where your growth and progress are what matter most.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Learn how to confidently present products and engage customers in-person at events, pop-ups, and retail spaces.
- Work as part of a motivated team hitting sales and performance targets.
- Develop communication, negotiation, and leadership skills through daily practical experience.
- Support and mentor new starters as you move into leadership positions.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns and operational planning.
- Take part in regular workshops focused on leadership, performance, and business development.
- Progress through structured stages — from learning sales to managing teams and eventually overseeing campaigns and operations.
- Graduate with a background or interest in business, management, or entrepreneurship, eager to develop commercial skills.
- Great communication skills and a natural people-person.
- Driven, positive, and ambitious attitude.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Team player who’s open-minded and enjoys personal growth.
Previous experience isn’t required – we provide full training and ongoing mentorship.
