The role is based on our London HUB located at 8-10 New Fetter Lane. Our hybrid working model is 3 days office/2 days home weekly.
Core responsibilities
Support d evelop ment of global earned media strategies to deliver LEGO ® Brand Retail commercial and marketing objectives , such as product launches and shopper occasions.
Support the adaptation and activation of global campaigns in regional/local markets across channels including PR, influencers, social media, and events.
Lead global measurement and campaign evaluation, report results, share guidelines, and act on relevant findings.
Maintain the global news bureau and press office for LEGO ® Retail, including managing content and asset creation for earned-media campaigns , managing translations, developing pitch guides, and product seedings .
Assist with business and finance processes, such as budget management , status documents, managing SharePoint , and URL tracking .
Support internal communications as needed.
Collaborate with global licensors’ communication teams as relevant.
Support b rief ing and manag ing agencies to deliver earned media campaign needs.

The Associate Manager, Global Retail Communications role supports earned media activities across LEGO ® Brand Retail globally, including 200+ LEGO ® Stores and shop.LEGO.com. You will help deliver global campaigns and toolkits that translate audience and channel objectives into impactful global and local market activations.
This role is part of the global Markets & Channels Communications team within Corporate Brand Communications, featuring earned media specialists. You will collaborate closely with senior managers , global communications , marketing , and agency teams to develop and implement strategies that propel the group’s retail enterprise on a global scale. By supporting senior leadership, you will prioritize and activate earned media strategies that drive the success of our retail initiatives worldwide.
Do you have what it takes?
Experience in a PR/communications role or similar, ideally supporting global brands, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector , or retail brands.
Solid understanding of earned media strategy, news media landscape, influencer engagement, social media, and their measurement.
Strong commercial understanding, preferably from a retail environment, or related experience in crafting shopper and retail marketing solutions.
Proven track record supporting communications strategy and driving earned media coverage and reach .
Clear, concise communicator with strong writing skills.
Excellent multitasking capabilities with project management, planning, and organisational skills.
Ability to thrive in a highly matrixed organisation , working cross-functionally and building positive relationships as a collaborative team player.
