Patrons Manager - London, W1J 0BDSalary: £36,000The Royal Academy of Arts is currently looking to recruit an experienced Patrons Manager to join our Philanthropy Team.The Patrons Manager will steward a portfolio of high-value Patrons, support acquisition and upgrade strategies, and deliver an exceptional donor journey from onboarding through to long-term loyalty.Working across the wider Development department, this role will cultivate and expand individual Patrons’ engagement with the RA with the aim of maintaining current numbers while encouraging new individuals to join the programme.About YouTo be considered for this role, you will have proven experience of fundraising, with an excellent track record in high level donor, membership or client relationship management.You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills, with an engaging communication style. Stakeholder and relationship management skills are key to the success of this role; you will have demonstrable ability to deepen relationships, reduce churn and build loyalty over time.You will also have excellent presentation and organisational skills, possessing data management knowledge (preferably Tessitura, but not essential) and well-honed IT skills. Due to the nature of this role, flexibility to work evenings, early mornings, occasional Saturdays and attend trips and external cultural events is required.
