Junior Project Manager

On behalf of PwC, we are looking for a Junior Project Manager for a contract 3 month based London, 3 days per week on site.
Join us as a Junior Project Manager
You will support the Senior Learning Specialist in creating innovative, Network–wide training across virtual, in–person, and eLearning formats. Assist with coordinating projects, contributing to instructional design, and collaborating with others to help deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences.
What you'll do:
- Support projects from inception through to delivery, coordinating project meetings, developing project plans and tracking progress against timelines and budgets.
- Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, ensuring issues are proactively managed and quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, learning designers and key stakeholders to develop engaging, high–quality training and learning materials.
- Provide guidance, coaching and feedback on instructional design best practices to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Monitor project deliverables, ensuring milestones are achieved and outputs meet agreed objectives and quality expectations.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, working across multiple teams to support successful project delivery.
- Deliver clear, consistent communication to project teams, production resources and wider stakeholder groups, keeping all parties informed of progress and key milestones.
