General Manager West London 48-55K basic + 40K bonus potential

I am looking for a general manager for a leading late night late-night/sports themed bar in West London benefitting from a loyal and expanding sports fan base tapping into the corporate, residential and international markets. They are currently looking to recruit a commercially focused hands-on general manager who can take the venue through a significant refurbishment in 2019 and on the back of this take this £2.5m turnover business onto the next level . Operating a high footfall venue with a late licence, we are looking for experienced GMs who have the leadership qualities to inspire and motivate at every level within the venue which also benefits from a significant lunchtime and evening food trade. You will need to be great at promoting and planning your marketing and will work closely with the Central teams to optimise footfall from SEO and social media sites. A background running a similar sports led or late night venue with a £2m +annual turnover would be beneficial.

My client offers the successful GM more autonomy than most branded operations and it is ideally suited for a dynamic and standards and service led operator who is looking to be exceptionally well rewarded and recognised for outperforming against budgets. In addition to a highly competitive basic there is the potential to earn up to 40K in bonus. Additional benefits include European trips and tickets to many top sporting events including the 6 Nations.
