About the Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs.Support pupils with a range of needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties.Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.Encourage pupils’ confidence, independence, and social development.Help create a safe, positive, and nurturing learning environment.
