Assistant Store Manager
This industry leading multi-product retailer is looking to welcome a store manager to join its Hayes based team. Offering a wide range of premium products, the company place an emphasis on the quality of its service, whilst being big on allowing for internal development and growth. The role will entail being an orchestrator on the shop floor, driving service standards or handling the duty side of management. Administering training to your team where necessary will also be required, ensuring product knowledge is at an optimal level, setting the tone by being a brand ambassador yourself. Coming from a background in retail management, the ideal candidate will have an understanding of premium service standards, and a clear passion for elevating the customer experience. An adaptability to plan proactively, but to be reactive will be key to success, within the busy in-store environment. The successful applicant will receive a salary of up to £36,000, with a potential to grow earning further through a generous bonus scheme.
