Marketing Assistant
Cathcart is looking for a full-time Marketing Assistant to join the team in London.
Are you interested in history? Do traditional manufacturing and design techniques drive you? Do you care about the use of natural yarns and methods to assemble garments?
Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Assistant:
- Support day-to-day marketing and PR activities, including coordinating campaign shoots, managing social media and email marketing,
- Reaching out to stylists/press and working on collaborations with brands.
- Help track performance metrics
- conduct basic market research,
- Provide administrative support to the marketing function as needed.
What Cathcart is looking for:
- Relevant education or experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Marketing and sales skills to assist with promotional activities, campaigns, and driving store and online revenue.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools, e.g. social media platforms, email marketing, and content management systems.
- Proficiency with Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign and Premiere Pro.
- Attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Fluency in English.
- The right to work in the UK.
- Interest in fashion, particularly classic and heritage menswear, is a plus.
