Job Description

Aramark UK are currently recruiting for multiple Front of House Assistant to join our team working at University of Westminster, W1B 2HW.

Job Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming customers from arrival through to departure.

• Maintaining a high standard of appearance and hygiene at all times.

• Providing service of food and beverages to students, staff, Fellows, and conference guests

• Assisting with the service of food and beverages in various dining areas, including the Servery, Dining Hall, and Fellows High Table.

• Performing daily cleaning duties within the Cafeteria and Dining Hall.

• Maintaining appropriate temperature controls and providing occasional cover in the plate washing area.

• Attending identified training courses to enable them to perform the duties of the post.
• Responding to guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Requirements:

• Previous catering experience preferred, but not essential

• Customer service experience required

• Ability to work as part of a team
