Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d)

TCC Global
Hayes, Hillingdon, Greater London

About Us:
At TCC Global, we create innovative loyalty marketing solutions that drive shoppers’ engagement and enhance brand loyalty for some of the world’s leading retailers. We are passionate about our work and dedicated to delivering outstanding results.

The Role:
As our supply chain manager, you will be the operational engine behind our global loyalty marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless flow of goods from manufacturers to customers—while owning supplier relationships, inventory risk mitigation, and returns management. You’ll bridge strategy and execution, optimizing costs, risk, and customer satisfaction in a high-impact role.

You will report to the Head of Supply Chain, Europe and work closely with global teams across sourcing, logistics, quality, and commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing partners to ensure timely and efficient production aligned with campaign timelines.

  • Design and implement inventory strategies to minimize stock levels while preventing shortages (e.g., buffer stock models, demand forecasting).

  • Own returns management: Oversee processes, analyze trends (e.g., defective rates, customer behavior), and implement recovery strategies (reuse/recycle).

  • Prepare monthly/quarterly executive reports on KPIs and lead ad hoc analyses to support strategic decision making for the team.

  • Use Power BI/ERP/dashboarding tools to visualize insights and recommend actions.

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics to align supply chain plans with promotional campaigns and customer expectations.

  • Work with Quality and Sourcing to resolve production or compliance issues.

  • Support global logistics coordination and ensure compliance with shipping and customs requirements.

  • Maintain accurate records in ERP/ data systems and drive digital tool adoption.

  • Occasional visit to suppliers as needed

Job requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement roles.

  • A bachelor’s degree in relevant field.

  • Solid understanding of supply chain operations, including sourcing, production planning, and logistics.

  • Proficiency in supply chain systems and tools (e.g., ERP, Excel, Power BI).

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Experience working in international environments and managing cross-border supply chains.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Why Join Us?

At TCC Global, you will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and employee engagement. We offer a collaborative environment that encourages personal and professional growth, allowing you to make a meaningful impact within our organization.
