As the Digital Design Specialist, you will lead the enhancement of our digital shelf and media content across Europe, focusing on consumer experience and click-through performance. You will oversee the strategy, creation and optimization of digital assets (static/video), ensuring brand alignment, purpose-fit and measurable impact.
Channels: Retailer.com, Direct to Consumer, Social Commerce
Usage: Digital Shelf (Carousel, Product Detail Page, Brand/ Category Page), Banners, Paid Display, CRM, Paid Social etc.

 Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to: 
Digital Content Strategy
- Partner with Ads/ eCommerce Trading Managers to create a data-led content strategy for performance media and digital shelf, regularly shape to improve effectiveness and efficiency
 
Digital Content Creation
- Manage internal/ external teams to deliver high quality assets on time, exceeding standards and driving improvements on key performance metrics (click through rate, conversion rate, Average Order Value, incremental ROAS & CAC)
 - Work closely with Brand Marketing to ensure assets aligned with brand strategy, visual identity and creative guidelines
 
Performance Tracking, Reporting & Optimisation
- Lead weekly A/B testing and optimization, distilling learnings into actionable format and sharing best practice across teams for rapid adoption
 
Process Development & Improvement
- Establish and refine content production workflows from creative development to testing and optimization
 - Build aligned & effective processes to accelerate speed-to-market and enhance cross-functional collaboration
 
Stakeholder, Team, Agency Management
- Act as the go-to expert for digital content for the region, educating and aligning stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and external partners
 - Coach and manage internal/ external teams and challenge agencies to continuously raise performance standards

Here’s what we are looking for:
Essential:
- Min 5 years in similar roles from eCommerce/ performance media agencies (preferably Amazon), with experience in Beauty & Personal Care
 - Experience in digital shelf content optimization across for various .com and performance media channels
 - Strong understanding of creative development processes, measures and networks with creative professionals
 - Proficient in Adobe CC (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Animate) or equivalent tools
 - Familiarity with generative AI and content tools (e.g., Salsify, Brand Bank)
 - Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
 - Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-in delivery
 
- Self-driven, able to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
 - Data-driven with a growth-mindset, agile and adaptable
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 
Desirable:
- Experience in the Beauty, Personal Care, Consumer Goods or Retail industry
 - Proficiency in additional European languages (e.g., French, German, Italian, Spanish) is a plus
