Assistant General Manager: Independent Premium Pub, Euston / Kings Cross

Pay: From £40k per annum OTE (Basic + tronc + Qtrly bonus)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead our team; serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, pints and cocktails. We need someone who can be a part of an amazing team at our Central London Gastropub, inspire people and be part of delivering the exceptional service our guests are used to.

From founder to most recent recruit we are all one team and involved in making the guest experience as close to perfect as possible.We are looking for an experienced AGM to join our team at our flagship London site The Somers Town Coffee House.

What we are looking for:

• At least three years management experience (ideally in pubs).

• Someone who can work as part of a team, train, coach & lead the team.

• A role model

• Has a passion for delivering exceptional service.

• An individual who wants to learn and develop their hospitality skills in a venue consisting of meeting rooms, the pub, Cosy Cocktail Bar, and serving fresh and local food.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent 40 - 45 per week

Work Location: Euston / Kings Cross
