As a Senior Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the region. Bring your collaborative, motivated, detail-oriented approach to our wide variety of complex projects across the region. We have long term contracts across the infrastructure sector with National Highways and Combined Authorities nationwide.

Our growth has been built on our excellent service and expertise of our people. Due to the significant growth and on-going success, we are looking for NEC3 and NEC4 accredited or experienced Project Managers to support the delivery of client's projects.

Your Purpose:
  • Provide high-quality project and programme management standards across the whole project lifecycle.
  • Advise clients on the project cost, programme, risks and issues.
  • Lead and manage multi-disciplinary professional teams.
  • Lead communications and relationships with clients and their stakeholders.
  • Produce monthly reports including project programmes, risk registers etc.
  • Implement effective and efficient communication tools.
  • Develop delivery plans for projects, involve others and ensure objectives are met.
  • Challenge the status quo and perform to a high standard in changing environments.
  • Constantly pursue performance improvement.
What can you bring:
  • Hold or be working towards a Project Management Qualification with APM, RICS or similar.
  • Experience of engineering and construction infrastructure highways projects and/or programme management across the project lifecycle.
  • Experience in leading and managing a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Experience in the adoption and management of best practice Project Management techniques.
  • Knowledge of pre and post contract Project Management responsibilities and able to deliver this service effectively to Clients.
  • Significant experience and a working knowledge of the New Engineering Contract (NEC) suite of contracts is required, either as the named Project Manager or deputy on an NEC contract.
  • NEC Project Manager Accreditation and working knowledge to Specialist or Practitioner level under the NEC Competency Framework is preferred.
  • The ability to manage a project throughout its lifecycle.
  • Have strong stakeholder management skills and be comfortable working with multiple types of stakeholders with diverse range of personalities across our client base.

Security clearance:
