As we continue to grow, we are looking for an exceptional Marketing Director to elevate our brand, strengthen our market presence, and lead our marketing strategy into its next chapter.

This is a unique opportunity for a visionary marketing leader to shape and execute our strategy across brand, digital, campaigns, ESG storytelling, and client engagement.

You will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, defining our brand direction, and driving impactful marketing that inspires clients, attracts new business, and supports our operational teams across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead BM’s marketing strategy to support growth, retention, and brand reputation.
• Oversee integrated campaigns across digital, content, PR, social media, events, and partnerships.
• Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Partner closely with Sales, Culinary and Operations teams to support bids, tenders, and client retention.
• Drive ESG and sustainability communications, leveraging BM’s industry-leading commitments.
• Lead strategic projects such as rebrands, service innovation, product launches, and thought‑leadership.
• Manage and develop a talented marketing team.
• Own the marketing budget and ensure strong ROI across all initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with clients, agencies, and industry partners.
