Antitrust & International Competition Lawyer
Our global-leading US firm client is looking for a talented Associate with 2-4 years' experience to join their growing team in London.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex cross-border transactions and competition matters, collaborating closely with Corporate Partners, while gaining early client exposure and significant responsibility within a supportive, high-performing team.
You will advise on:
- Transactional Antitrust aspects of M&A and restructurings
- UK and EU merger control filings
- Foreign investment and national security matters
- Multi-jurisdictional merger control processes
- Cross-border transactions for leading financial institutions, private equity firms and multinational businesses
You will have:
- 2-4 years' PQE in competition/antitrust law
- Experience from a leading firm
- Strong transactional antitrust and merger control experience
- Commercial awareness and confidence working directly with Corporate Partners
- Excellent academics, communication skills and a proactive approach.
Foreign language skills and EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation (FSR) experience are advantageous, but not essential.
