Your Role
As the BIM Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating Building Information Modelling on affordable housing projects. You’ll be at the forefront of integrating innovative digital workflows and ensuring that every project—from concept through to completion—is executed with precision and efficiency. Working primarily with Revit, you will connect design teams, streamline processes, and drive excellence in all BIM-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead BIM strategy and implementation across affordable housing residential projects, ensuring seamless digital workflows.
• Manage, develop, and maintain Revit models to support efficient design, construction, and facilities management.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring robust collaboration and adherence to project deadlines and standards.
• Facilitate training and support for team members on BIM processes, reinforcing best practices and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical expertise and problem-solving to overcome design challenges, aligning with the practice’s commitment to intelligent, sustainable solutions.
Required Qualifications and Skills
• Proven expertise in BIM management, with strong proficiency in Revit.
• Experience working on residential and affordable housing projects.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring the highest standards of quality.
