They are a specialist Real Estate practice, even the Litigation and Corporate departments have a Real Estate flavour to the work that they do. The firm is run very efficiently, with a strong management team. They have a dynamic, friendly, and progressive culture with a flat management structure. They now stand at 30 members of staff.

The firm can offer excellent prospects for progression with many of the firm's Partners being homegrown. They are known for being one of the best, specialist boutique Real Estate firms in the West End.

The Role

The firm is seeking to hire a Residential Property Partner for its West End, London office.

They have considerable expertise in dealing with high-value, bespoke and more complex Residential Property work. You will deal with a varied caseload of Conveyancing matters, including; Sales and purchases, Freehold and leasehold, Help to buy, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity, New builds and lease extensions.

You will work alongside the firms other Partners and will be at the forefront of this growing department. You will deal with an excellent quality of work.

Requirements:

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least seven years PQE
• You should be an excellent business developer
• This role comes with excellent prospects for progression and could be the perfect opportunity for someone who has hit a glass ceiling regarding progression
• You should have excellent technical knowledge with an eye for detail
