What You'll Be Doing:
  • Providing day-to-day pastoral support for Year 10 girls
  • Building positive relationships and listening carefully to pupils’ concerns
  • Supporting attendance, behaviour and engagement in school
  • Helping pupils respond constructively to challenges and maintain clear expectations
  • Working with teaching and pastoral colleagues to coordinate appropriate support
  • Recording concerns and following the school’s safeguarding and reporting procedures
