A warm and welcoming family based in Notting Hill are seeking an experienced Rota Nanny to care for their two children, aged three and seven years old. The position operates on a seven-days-on, seven-days-off rota, with accommodation provided during working weeks.

The family are looking for a calm, nurturing and confident nanny who can provide a structured yet engaging environment for both children. The ideal candidate will genuinely enjoy supporting children's development and be comfortable balancing the different needs of a preschool-aged child and a school-aged child.

Responsibilities will include managing the children's daily routines, planning stimulating activities and outings, supporting educational development and overseeing school and nursery arrangements. The nanny will also be responsible for preparing healthy meals, maintaining the children's wardrobes and belongings, and undertaking all associated nursery duties.

The family would love to find someone proactive, organised and emotionally intelligent who can work independently while maintaining open communication with the parents. A positive attitude, good judgement and a genuine interest in children's wellbeing are particularly important.

Previous experience in private households is essential, and childcare qualifications would be welcomed, although the family are equally open to candidates with exceptionally strong professional experience and excellent references. A driver would be advantageous but is not essential.
