Job Title: Account Executive – Insurance
Capgemini Financial Services is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our Insurance Market Unit in the UK. This London-based role requires regular travel to client sites, with occasional travel across the UK, Europe, and globally depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
As an Account Executive, you will lead client engagement and growth initiatives across designated insurance accounts. Your responsibilities include:
Account Growth & Strategy
- Drive annual revenue growth and profitability across assigned accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client priorities and Capgemini’s offerings.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build deep client intimacy to proactively identify and deliver value-driven propositions.
- Cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships to position Capgemini as a trusted advisor.
Sales & Delivery Coordination
- Collaborate across marketing, sales, delivery, and subject matter experts to expand account footprint.
- Lead sales campaigns and service offerings in line with revenue and margin targets.
Operational Oversight
- Oversee project teams and ensure successful delivery across engagements.
- Monitor account health and client satisfaction, resolving issues proactively.
Market & Ecosystem Engagement
- Engage with industry leaders, insurtechs, and strategic alliances to co-develop innovative solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in account management within Financial Services, ideally with exposure to general insurance (motor, home, commercial property, casualty).
- Proven track record of driving incremental growth and profitability year-on-year.
- Strong ability to shape go-to-market strategies and penetrate new business areas.
- Demonstrated success in leveraging partnerships and building a robust C-level network .
- Deep understanding of technology trends and their application to client business goals.
- Experience working within a global delivery model .
