Admissions Officer - Barnet | High-Performing School

A high-performing school in Barnet is looking for an experienced Admissions Officer to manage pupil admissions and provide a professional service to prospective and existing families.
Previous experience working within a school is essential, particularly within admissions, administration or a busy school office.
The Role
Managing admissions enquiries
Processing applications and pupil records
Coordinating new starters and leavers
Managing in-year admissions
Communicating with parents and carers
Maintaining accurate admissions data
Liaising with local authorities where required
Supporting school tours and admissions events
Producing admissions reports
Ensuring records comply with GDPR and school procedures
About You
You'll need excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail, particularly when dealing with sensitive pupil information.
Experience using SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom or another school MIS would be useful.
