Children Night Support Worker - Mental Health/LD

Provide personal care as needed.
Contribute to accurate records and effective handovers. What We're Looking For: We need experienced staff who bring confidence and calm to the night shift: Solid background supporting young people with autism and behaviours that challenge.
Skilled in Team Teach and de-escalation strategies.
Comfortable supporting colleagues as well as children.
Physically fit, alert, and dependable.
