WHAT YOU’RE HERE TO DO

  • As a Head Waiter / Waitress you will greet guests in a warm and friendly manner ensuring all your guests have an experience that exceeds expectations
  • Learn all about the fresh ingredients, specials and cooking methods to explain them to guests fabulously.
  • Work with the bar team to ensure drinks are served quickly.
  • Hear some amazing stories from our suppliers and relay their ethos and passion
  • Make sure that all food is run in a timely manner and is of the highest quality.
  • Maintain all restaurants standards and work to the highest food Safety Standards.

WHAT A HEAD WAITER / WAITRESS NEEDS TO KNOW

  • You’ll have gained experience as a Waiter / Waitress on the floor in a similar high-volume restaurant.
  • You’ll be a perceptive people reader and understand how to tailor your service and engage every guest.
  • You’ll be a great team player who believes that the guest experience is not just something that happens at the table.
  • You’ll be passionate about brilliant service.
  • You’ll be the perfect ambassador for Jamie’s Oliver’s Catherine Street and absolutely love what you do.
