The Role

This is an outstanding opportunity for a talented tax professional with a passion for Pillar 2 compliance and tax technology solutions. As a Tax Technology & Transformation Manager/Senior Manager, you will:

* Lead tax technology implementation projects, focusing on Pillar 2 compliance.
* Develop and implement tax data strategies to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* Advise multinational clients on the impact of BEPS 2.0 and other regulatory changes.
* Work with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and tax reporting solutions.
* Automate tax processes to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.
* Collaborate with global tax teams to ensure technology aligns with compliance needs.
* Manage and mentor junior professionals, contributing to the firm's culture of excellence.

Key Requirements

* 4+ years' experience in tax technology, tax compliance, or advisory (in-house or professional services).
* In-depth knowledge of BEPS 2.0 Pillar 2 and its implications.
* Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and tax/finance-related modules.
* Experience in consulting or large-scale tax transformation projects is highly desirable.
* Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
