Corporate Tax Manager
If you are motivated by working on high profile transactions with some of the best corporate tax professionals in the market, this could be the career move you have been waiting for. Due to continuous growth, this hugely successful team are looking to add an additional manager.
Being ACA or CTA qualified with a few years’ UK tax experience under your belt, you might have been up until now specialising in M&A, FS or corporate tax more generally. It is expected that you are already well versed in compliance issues, but you will only spend a limited amount of time reviewing tax compliance in this role; the main bulk of your day will be working on advisory projects, to include structuring, mergers & acquisitions and general tax advice.
Of paramount importance is your ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, as you work closely with your clients on large transactions. Your tax advisory experience will be put to good use and you will be expected to continuously seek to further advance your tax advisory skills as your career progresses.
The team is very collegiate and you will have the opportunity to get involved with developing the team and working on the ambitious growth plans that the leadership have forged. You will be encouraged and supported to take part in business development and enjoy the professional satisfaction and rewards that it brings.
