Business & Private EA to CEO - global creative company
Our client is a well-established and globally recognised creative company based in West London who are looking to hire a high-calibre EA to support their long-standing CEO. This is a unique 360° role combining both business and private support, offering the chance to act as a true right-hand and gatekeeper. You will manage everything from complex diary management and luxury travel arrangements to liaising with senior stakeholders around the world. This is a long-term role for someone seeking stability and career longevity.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Founder or CEO-level executives, managing both business and personal matters with discretion and professionalism. This is a high-profile, dynamic position where your ability to anticipate needs, “connect the dots,” and proactively handle priorities will be key. You will join a friendly, welcoming team in an informal, open-plan office environment where collaboration is central. We are looking for someone charismatic, highly organised, and with a creative flair or passion, who thrives in a fast-paced and inspiring setting.
Core hours are 9am–5:30pm, with Friday WFH, but you will need to be responsive outside of hours for urgent matters. Benefits include a discretionary bonus, healthcare, pension, and a range of additional perks.
