This is your chance to shape marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, client acquisition, and brand awareness. You’ll work with a team that values innovation, collaboration, and service‑oriented thinking.

In this role you will create and deliver marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, write engaging content for emails, social media, and events, and ensure our messaging is consistent and impactful. You will also analyse campaign performance and share insights to improve future strategies.

You’ll collaborate with colleagues across the organization to align marketing efforts with business goals. From organising events to managing digital campaigns, you’ll play a key role in building our brand and supporting our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns using online/offline channels, events, PR, trade publications, thought leadership, and advertising.
  • Create and distribute engaging content via email, social media, SEO, brochures, and events while maintaining all supporting collateral.
  • Analyse campaign performance against KPIs/ROI, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute marketing plans, ensuring consistent brand identity and messaging.
  • Provide updates on marketing trends and competitive strategies, fostering continuous learning and innovation.
  • Organise and attend internal, client, and external events; lead digital projects such as website refreshes.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization to drive successful outcomes and enhance collaboration.
  • Control creative outputs to ensure brand cohesion and strengthen positioning in the employee benefits and wealth management markets.

About You (Requirements)

Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:

  • A background in B2B marketing, ideally within financial services, employee benefits, or a creative/communications agency.
  • Proven ability to create engaging content for digital and offline platforms, including emails, social media, and events.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce (or similar systems).
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for working with teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • A commitment to ethical practices and a service‑oriented approach.
  • The knack for explaining complex ideas in simple, clear terms.

Working Conditions & Compensation

In addition to a competitive salary, you’ll enjoy a supportive team environment and exciting career opportunities.

Core Benefits (minimum)

  • Minimum of 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase additional days.
  • Defined‑contribution pension scheme with employer contributions.
  • Life insurance covering 4× your basic annual salary (option to increase to 10×).
  • Income protection covering up to 50% of your annual income (with top‑up options).
  • Health cash plan or private medical insurance.

Additional Perks

  • Three fully paid volunteering days per year.
  • Employee stock purchase and share incentive plans.
  • Critical illness cover.
  • Discounted gym membership (access to over 3,000 gyms nationally).
  • Season‑ticket loan.
  • Discounted voucher portal for everyday shopping.
  • Emergency back‑up family care.
  • And many more…

Opportunities for Growth

We invest in your development through continuous learning, mentorship, and exposure to cross‑functional projects. As you demonstrate impact, you’ll have clear pathways to senior marketing leadership roles.

Inclusion & Diversity

Inclusion and diversity are core to our business. We celebrate a wide range of identities, experiences, and talents, believing that diverse perspectives enable us to serve our clients and communities better. The organization is committed to providing an accessible recruitment process and supporting employees with long‑term health conditions or disabilities.
