(Contract) Senior Product Manager

HeliosX Group
London

Ready to revolutionize healthcare, making it faster and more accessible than ever before?

How we started:

Back in 2013, our founder Dwayne D’Souza saw an opportunity to give people faster and more convenient access to medications using technology. We've grown rapidly since our inception, without any external funding whatsoever – achieving profitability through innovation and a highly disciplined approach to growth.

Where we are now:

We’ve earned the trust of millions of people worldwide through our top-selling products and well-known brands: MedExpress, Dermatica, ZipHealth, RocketRX, and Levity. A lot of our success is down to having our own pharmacies, manufacturers and products – spearheaded by leading in-house medical teams, researchers and pharmacists. Between 2023 and 2024 our global revenue tripled; £60m to £180m (300% year-on-year growth). We're looking to do the same in 2025; move into new territories, and further accelerate our growth journey. There’s never been a more exciting time to join HeliosX.

Where we’re going:

Over the next five years, you’ll support our goal to become a world-leading healthcare partner, deepening our customer relationships, expanding into new countries, and diversifying our product portfolio to treat more conditions. You’ll be part of helping more people access prescription treatments and, most importantly, making personalised care better, quicker and easier for everyone.

Come be a part of making our dream of easier and faster healthcare a reality!

The Opportunity

The mission of this role is to drive growth across our HeliosX brands by optimising user acquisition funnels, fine-tuning monetisation, increasing LTV and driving revenue growth. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to be bold and innovative in this area, understanding our customers, our commercial situation, and discovering elegant solutions.

The role will require creative and strategic input into the experimentation roadmap, working alongside our Product Design and Tech teams to increase the cadence and volume of experiments to meet business needs across a range of areas (merchandising, price, acquisition, etc.)

This is a 3-month Contract role, outside IR35, with hybrid working. You’ll be expected on-site at our Shoreditch office twice per week, with the rest of the time spent working from home.

What you'll do
  • Lead in the creation, optimisation, and personalisation of web onboarding funnels to achieve growth objectives at scale, through rapid, iterative testing
  • Deeply understand our products and customers in order to build frictionless and delightful customer journeys (e.g. discovery, onboarding, etc) that maximise conversion, AOV and retention
  • Lead monetisation experiments, pricing, upsells, and initiatives to increase AOV and long term revenue
  • Monitor and analyse key business metrics, translating hands-on data analysis into actionable insights and impactful initiatives.
  • Create consistent frameworks and metrics, reporting, processes, and measurement systems for growth efforts and experiments
  • Partner with UA and the marketing team to drive growth through channel optimisation and holistic user flows
  • Lead in experimentation stack, tooling, and modelling and evangelise it within the group
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, R&D, Design, and Customer
  • Support to align strategies and deliver measurable business impact

What you'll bring to HeliosX

    • 5+ years in product management and/or growth, including 2+ years focused on funnel optimisation or product-led growth
    • Proven experience driving ARR >£20m and scaling user acquisition in high-growth startups/scale-ups
    • Expertise in designing, running, and analysing A/B tests to improve conversion, engagement, and retention
    • Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience using tools like Amplitude or Metabase, and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
    • Deep understanding of acquisition KPIs, complex funnels, and monetisation levers
    • A problem-solving mindset: comfortable breaking down ambiguity, curious, and creative in finding solutions
    • Experience working effectively with designers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver growth outcomes
    • A collaborative, proactive approach, able to align stakeholders and drive execution against evolving business needs

Aside from working with our all-star team, here are the other benefits of coming on board:

  • Generous equity allocations with significant upside potential
  • 25 Days Holiday (+ all the usual Bank Holidays)
  • Private health insurance, along with extra dental and eye care cover
  • Pension scheme
  • Enhanced parental leave
  • Cycle-to-work Scheme
  • Electric Car Scheme
  • Free Dermatica and MedExpress products every month, as well as family discounts
  • Home office allowance
