JOB PURPOSE

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver exceptional and personalised service to a diverse global clientele, creating memorable luxury experiences at every touchpoint.
  • Develop and grow a strong client portfolio through consistent CRM activity, outreach, follow-up and personalised communication.
  • Enhance the flagship store experience by balancing high-volume customer engagement with tailored one-to-one client relationships.
  • Proactively grow client book through appointments, virtual interactions, client events and strategic clienteling initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the wider store team to achieve commercial goals while maintaining Burberry's standards of service, craftsmanship and brand excellence.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Experience delivering exceptional client service within luxury retail, premium retail, hospitality or a customer-focused environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to develop trust and long-term client loyalty.
  • Confidence using CRM tools and client data to drive engagement and commercial performance.
  • Passion for styling, fashion and creating personalised experiences that resonate with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced flagship environment.
  • Self-motivated, organised and proactive in building opportunities beyond immediate customer traffic.
