The Company

A fast-growing provider of sustainable urban infrastructure, this company is transforming public spaces across Greater London through innovative landscaping and construction solutions. With a strong focus on environmental impact, they work across a variety of sectors; from local government and developers to residential clients, delivering projects such as parklets, rain gardens, green roofs, and streetscape improvements.

The Role

Due to a growing pipeline of site-based works, the company is seeking a Landscaping Site Supervisor to take the lead on delivering public realm and landscaping projects. This mobile role will cover live sites across Greater London, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

As a site-based leader, you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, supervising teams, and stepping in on the tools where needed to keep work on track.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Leading and coordinating site teams on active installations
  • Acting as the first point of contact for site queries and issue resolution
  • Supporting hands-on delivery where needed
  • Delivering toolbox talks, safety briefings, and site inductions
  • Monitoring adherence to RAMS and site safety systems
  • Coordinating subcontractors, deliveries, and visitor access
  • Conducting regular site inspections for H&S and quality standards
  • Supporting with incident reporting and site documentation
  • Assisting with Construction Phase Plan reviews and updates
  • Ensuring welfare facilities are in place and fit for purpose
  • Carrying out risk assessments and ensuring CDM compliance

About You

As a Landscaping Supervisor , you’ll be confident leading from the front, combining people management with hands-on support across a range of fast-moving outdoor projects. You're someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working outdoors, and takes pride in seeing high-quality work completed safely and efficiently.

You can tick off most of the below:

  • SMSTS or SSSTS (essential)
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Black or Gold CSCS card (preferred)
  • Previous experience supervising construction, landscaping, or civils teams
  • Strong working knowledge of CDM 2015, RAMS, and H&S protocols
  • Confident using initiative across multiple live sites
  • Proven experience in hard and soft landscaping projects
  • Ability to plan ahead and proactively manage resources
