Corporate - M&A Paralegal
This role offers direct involvement in corporate M&A transactions for a diverse client base, including entrepreneurs and international investors. You'll collaborate with a supportive team on complex deals, gaining valuable exposure to both domestic and cross-border matters.

This firm is a full-service London law practice with a strong reputation for combining commercial expertise with private wealth capabilities. They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to join the Corporate team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate real estate matters, supporting a diverse client base that includes entrepreneurs, high-growth businesses, and international investors.
Description
- Assist with corporate transactions such as M&A, shareholder agreements, and restructures.
- Support due diligence processes, draft ancillary documentation, and manage post-completion tasks.
- Contribute to corporate real estate transactions, including share and asset purchases.
- Liaise with internal teams and external counsel to ensure smooth transaction delivery.
- Engage with international clients and legal networks on cross-border matters.
- Maintain accurate records and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
- Participate in team briefings and contribute to process improvements.
Profile
- Previous experience in a corporate legal environment, ideally with exposure to M&A.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to take initiative.
