Senior Counsel (Think Tank) - 6 Month FTC

About the job
Simmons & Hanbury have been instructed by an international non-profit think tank on a senior counsel hire into their top tier legal team in London. This opportunity is with a very high performing business that have contributed to a variety of high profile developments on a global basis.
Key responsibilities
- Advise on a variety of legal matter covering commercial, employment, AI and compliance for the EMEA regions.
- Experience dealing with grant and funding agreements.
- Manage external counsel with regards to corporate matters.
Experience requirements
- Qualified lawyer with 6+ years’ post-qualification experience.
- Strong commercial expertise, ideally gained in a leading law firm.
- Experience managing paralegal or junior legal counsel
