Step 1 - APM (Association for Project Management) Qualification The first step is completing the APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) This professional industry-recognised qualification teaches you the fundamental principles of the project profession. Study time for the qualification is approximately 20 hours and qualification achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam. The course is provided online and comes complete with exam simulators and revision tools. You will be provided with access to a 1hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam. This qualification will set you on a route to becoming a Chartered Project Professional with additional study and experience. Step 2 - PRINCE2 Foundation

• It is a process driven methodology and often referred to as a waterfall methodology.
• Study time is approximately 15-20 hours and qualification obtained through a 1-hour multiple choice exam.

Step 3 - Project Management Simulation
