Director of Cost Management – London
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior Cost Management professional to lead and grow a high-potential service line in London for a well-established consultancy. This is a strategic leadership role with significant autonomy, strong internal backing, and the chance to shape the future of the business in a key market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the Cost Management offering in London, building a team, winning work, and delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors. Key Responsibilities- Lead and grow the Cost Management function in London
- Drive business development and identify new opportunities
- Deliver and oversee cost management projects
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Contribute to succession planning and long-term strategy
Candidate Requirements
- Quantity Surveyor (QS) background
- Proven track record in delivering and managing cost management projects
- Strong knowledge of the London market, including client networks
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
- Experience in commercial office is preferred; other sectors such as data centres, residential, and higher education also considered
- Excellent leadership and relationship-building skills
