- We are seeking to hire a Data Manager for our Actuarial team to manage our Casualty insights. \n
- The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing, analysing, and interpreting data to support our casualty insurance data analytics operations. \n
- This role requires a strong understanding of data management principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making. \n

- Oversee the collection, organisation, and maintenance of casualty-related data. \n
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements. \n
- Analyse casualty data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. \n
- Provide actionable insights to support underwriting, claims, and risk management strategies. \n
- Create dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders \n
- Work closely with actuaries, underwriters and brokers. \n
- Support the development of predictive models and advanced analytics initiatives. \n
- Identify opportunities to streamline data processes and improve efficiency. \n
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data management. \n
About You \n

- \n
- Proven experience in data management, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector. \n
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar. \n
- Experience with data visualisation tools like Power BI or Tableau. \n
- Understanding of casualty insurance products. \n
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. \n
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. \n
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR). \n
- Must have right to work in the UK \n
