Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic people with a passion for sport and physical activity. Successful candidates will possess the competencies to inspire and motivate a range of children and young people. The role will consist of delivering PE & sports session in schools and at holiday camps.

Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work:
- Successful candidates will deliver sport and physical activities to children and young people
- Delivering sessions both in school curriculum time following the PE National Curriculum and/or set programs of study
- Deliver a range of OSHL, (Out Of School Hours Learning) extracurricular activities before school, at lunch times, after school and in school holiday periods 5 days a week including some evenings and weekends

Training schedule
Sports Coach Level 4 Apprenticeship Standard:
- A blend of weekly online sessions and quarterly face-to-face visits, guided by a dedicated tutor
- You’ll have access to online learning and support materials to assist with your weekly off-the-job training
