The Role

We’re hiring a Marketing Executive who loves making content, trying new things and getting stuck into a bit of everything. This is a hybrid role: part content creator, part performance marketer, part storyteller — with opportunities to support PR and partnerships.

You’ll be filming, editing, designing, scheduling, testing, and producing content that meaningfully moves the needle. You’ll work closely with our Head of Content, our Creative Strategist and our Founder & CMO.

This role is perfect for someone early in their career who wants broad exposure across marketing before specialising. The scope will grow as you do.

In line with our salary framework, the salary for this role is £38,400 - £40,900, depending on experience. This is a full-time, permanent role; the working style is hybrid with at least 1-2 days a month from our London office near Farringdon.

Where you will spend your time

1. Create Content

  • Film and edit short-form video using tools like Premiere Pro or CapCut.

  • Produce eye-catching visuals and statics for social and paid.

  • Capture UGC, interviews and customer stories.

  • Stay on top of social trends and adapt our style accordingly.

  • Produce content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and more.

2. Support Performance Marketing

  • Create assets for Meta and Google ads.

  • Use AI tools to speed up production and generate ideas.

  • Support A/B tests and creative optimisation.

  • Review performance results to learn what works.

3. Help Run CRM & Email

  • Assist with building and scheduling marketing emails.

  • Report on email performance and help improve future sends.

  • Support website updates and content changes (training provided).

4. Support PR & Partnerships

  • Assist the Founder & CMO with PR outreach and partnership activity.

  • Prepare assets, press materials and creative pitches.

  • Help coordinate relationships with creators and talent.

5. Improve & Experiment

  • Track performance of content and campaigns.

  • Bring ideas, test quickly, iterate fast.

  • Build your understanding of performance, funnels and consumer psychology.

  • You are someone who is multi-talented and can lend their hand to street interviews to trend-driven ideas to viral social experiments.

  • You have a sharp pulse on current social trends and can adapt a company's tone of voice across various platforms.

  • You are someone who enjoys tracking content and campaign performance and using feedback to shape future work.

  • You are someone who is excited by AI tools and can use them to scale and refine your output.

  • You are someone who is curious about performance marketing and eager to learn how creative impacts ROI.

  • You have a growth mindset and a hunger to level up every month. You are hard-working, proactive and comfortable with autonomy.

Interview Process 🛠️

Our interviews take place on Google Meet and usually consist of the following stages:

  1. A screening call with a member of the Talent team to discuss your relevant experience to the role and give you further information on Flash Pack and the role itself. (c. 30 mins)

  2. An interview with the hiring manager and one other member of the team to hear more about your background and experience and to give you a deep dive into the role (45-60 mins)

  3. A case study and presentation with the hiring manager and a key stakeholder to see how you’d solve a problem (60 mins)

  4. Meet with one of our founders to see if your ways of working are a match with ours and how your own values might add to the culture and work of the team. (45-60 mins)

Some roles may have extra stages, but we will let you know as soon as possible in the process if this is the case.
