Join us as a Building Services Engineer and take the lead on delivering M&E services from tender through to handover on exciting construction projects. Working alongside clients, designers and project teams, you'll play a key role in bringing complex developments to life while driving quality, innovation and performance. About you Membership of Recognised Body such as CIBSE, CIPHE, IEE, IET, etc… Have an in depth knowledge of the construction industry in general the building services industry in particular and preferably worked for a main contractor Pro-active/can do attitude Good specific services knowledge either electrically and mechanically. Reasonable design knowledge Able to write work package plans and other method statements / reports, clearly and concisely Ability to provide programming advice Understanding / appreciation of building services costs Awareness of a range of different contracts including JCT and NEC If your past experience doesn't match perfectly with every requirement of the job description, we still encourage you to apply.
