LAW Absolute is partnering with a prestigious, Top 100 UK law firm to offer an exceptional opportunity within their highly regarded Real Estate team.

Due to increased client demand, this firm is looking for a dynamic and motivated associate to join them on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You’ll be stepping into a busy, supportive environment where your experience will make a real impact.

You’ll work with an impressive client base across the retail and hospitality sectors, as well as private and commercial developers and investors. The team handles a wide spectrum of matters including:

• High-value commercial real estate acquisitions and disposals
• Investment management and portfolio work
• Site acquisitions and development (commercial and residential)

This is a chance to deepen your exposure to varied and complex transactions, develop your skills further, and gain valuable experience with a firm that’s recognised for its commercial edge and collegiate culture.

What we’re looking for:

You’ll bring solid experience across a range of commercial real estate work, including acquisitions, disposals, and development transactions. Ideally, you’ll be comfortable managing your own caseload and collaborating within a fast-paced team. Due to the nature of the role and responsibilities involved you will have at a least 3 +PQE however all levels of experience will be considered on its own merit.
