Chief of Staff with Travel - W1

Dynamic interesting role for a very successful and likeable head of a successful international company based in fabulous offices in the West End.

You will have a CV demonstrating support to an UHNW individual (3-4+ years) with a high a high degree of responsibility. You will be extremely well presented and spoken and be degree standard.

You will be travelling with the principal on occasion and supporting with high profile projects.

This role is working from the office with a possible one day from home in the future.

A true professional well versed in the expectations and standards set for this role. Experience at CEO/UHNW and relaxed with this environment is needed. Confident with the standard that will be expected you will use all of your skills in this role. Top English skills written and spoken and Board level experience. There will be some private support occasionally when required especially when the principal travels.

Wonderful team to work within, there will be plenty of support from colleagues when you join. Discrete, professional with flexibility, a top communicator used to the juggle of priorities especially when the principal travels.

Lots of co-ordination with colleagues to co-ordinate the team with regard to travel and schedules. You will be a team player happy to muck in when needed.

Outstanding attention to detail this is a fast-paced working environment, and you will be able to deliver solutions and a clear way forward when problems or changes arise. This is a high performing company with a top C Suite and CEO. Concierge in style you will be happy to assist with some minor private matters and be prepared to walk ahead of the principal clearing the way and support out of hours when he is traveling. Excellent communication skills you will make relationships quickly and become a valued member of a highly successful team

Extensive and complex diary management, calendar oversight and flagging up any issues (no inbox management required). A top administrator responding to correspondence quickly, proofread documents, be the initial point of contact and deal with expenses. Oversight of email and deal with all incoming communication.

A top travel coordinator, versed in chartering private jets and getting seamless travel arranged dealing with any visas or requirements. Accessible during evening and weekends for urgent matters when the CEO is travelling across time zones.

Top planning and organisational skills with expertise arranging high level meetings and providing documentation and presentations to an extremely high level. Expert at producing detailed itineraries and providing what the CEO needs for all high-level meetings in advance + research.

Confidentiality is expected at all times and a positive and helpful attitude to the CEO and colleagues alike.

Advanced Microsoft Office, top English skills written and spoken you will be at the top of your profession.
