The work

- Lead, mentor, and develop your team, fostering technical excellence and innovation
What you need
- Strong equity reward experience and business development capabilities
- Experience operating in a fast-paced London market
- Confidence managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Advisory experience with listed companies is advantageous
