Business Partner Finance
Reporting to the Head of Financial Insight and Partnering this role is an integral of the commercial finance team to support the business units.
Responsiblities:
- Partner with business units to provide real–time financial insight, challenge and guidance that supports effective decision–making
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and in–year financial management, ensuring plans are accurate and aligned to organisational priorities.
- Translate financial data into clear, actionable analysis for senior leaders and operational teams.
- Support business cases and project costing through robust modelling and scenario analysis.
- Oversee project accounting, ensuring accurate cost tracking and strong financial governance.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities, driving actions that improve performance.
- Enhance management reporting and contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes
- Provide first–line support on finance systems and respond to finance–related queries across the organisation.

- GBP60,000–GBP70,000 – depending on experience
- Qualified, Part Qualified or Qualified by Experience
- Hybrid – 1 day in the office moving to 2 days
