Salary: £15.30 per hour (Level 2) | £16.30 per hour (Level 3) | £14.80 per hour (unqualified)
Hours: Full-time | 4 days per week | 10 hours per day | Permanent, all year round
What You’ll Do
As a Nursery Nurse , you’ll help provide child-led, high-quality early years care , ensuring every child feels safe, supported, and able to thrive. You will:
Support the learning, development, and wellbeing of children under 3
Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and age-appropriate activities
Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide outstanding care and education
Follow nursery policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of practice
Promote diversity, equality, and inclusion throughout the setting
Build positive, respectful relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a team member who is warm, attentive, and passionate about children’s development . You will ideally have:
A full and relevant Early Years Qualification – preferred
Experience working with children under 5 – essential
Strong spoken and written English – essential
A flexible, positive, and proactive approach
Creativity and the ability to plan and deliver engaging daily activities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A strong commitment to safeguarding and protecting children
The ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team
Willingness to complete a DBS check and provide references
