About the Role
Our client, a global leader in consumer technology, is looking for a Channel Marketing Associate to support its UK retail business. You will build and strengthen relationships with retail partners in the UK market, deliver plans within budget, and run in-store and online programmes that drive customer acquisition, retention and measurable sales. About the Team
You will join a lean, high-performing third-party retail team covering Europe and India. The team manages sales and retail marketing through major consumer electronics retailers and online marketplaces. Sales Managers own the commercial agreements, while marketing roles own partner marketing plans, budget deployment, asset briefing, campaign execution and performance analysis.

- Deploy and manage marketing budgets to increase product visibility across physical and online retail
- Oversee campaign execution, ensuring product titles, descriptions, images and localised copy are accurate and launched on time
- Coordinate marketing brand assets, brief creative teams, and deliver final assets to retail partners
- Track, analyse and report on campaign performance and return on investment
- Act as the main marketing point of contact for Tier 2 and Tier 3 partners
- Support internal budgeting workflows, monthly business reviews, and quarterly and annual marketing calendars
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Creative, Channel Services and Sales Operations teams
Essential Requirements
- Hands-on experience working directly with retail partners in a channel marketing or sales-adjacent role
- Familiarity with consumer electronics (e.g. mobile phones, laptops or similar devices)
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach, including an understanding of retail metrics (CPC, CPA, LTV, ROAS)
- Proven experience managing co-marketing and OPEX budgets with fiscal responsibility
- Experience delivering in-store experiences, such as permanent fixtures, temporary displays and staff training
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication
- Skilled at managing conflict between stakeholders while keeping the team positive
- Hands-on experience using generative and analytical AI tools to improve marketing strategy and efficiency
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Economics
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and handle detailed, day-to-day execution
