Are you a passionate and resilient Science Teacher who believes every young person deserves the chance to succeed — no matter their background or challenges?
If so, we’d love to hear from you.

About Us
We are an Alternative Provision school supporting young people who are no longer in mainstream education. Our pupils, aged KS3–KS4, have a range of SEN and SEMH needs, and we pride ourselves on providing a supportive, flexible, and nurturing environment where students can rediscover a love for learning and achieve their potential.

Your responsibilities will include:

Planning and delivering creative, differentiated Science lessons tailored to individual needs.
Building positive relationships with students, many of whom have had disrupted educational experiences.
Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for every learner.
Contributing to a culture of respect, consistency, and high expectations.About You

A supportive, inclusive environment with a strong focus on staff wellbeing.
Opportunities for professional development and training in SEN/SEMH practice.
The chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people every day
