Job Title: Cover Music Teacher
Location: London (Multiple locations, locations to be discussed at interview)
Salary: £140-£160 per day
Hours : This is a cover position, we work in schools Monday to Friday from 8.30-4.30, your availability will also be discussed at interview
About Us:
LSC is a team of subject specialists who support primary schools across the UK with PPA cover. Our team of educators is dedicated to creating a supportive and engaging environment for our students.
Role Overview:
As a Music Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective music lessons to primary school students. You will create a positive learning atmosphere, encourage student participation, and help students develop their musical skills and appreciation for music.
Key Responsibilities:
Lesson Planning: Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of all students.
Teaching: Deliver dynamic and interactive music lessons that inspire and motivate students.
Assessment: Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their goals.
Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school's overall success.
Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills.
What we're looking for...
Qualifications:
Degree in Music or a related field.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (desirable).
Experience:
Previous experience teaching music at the primary level.
Proven track record of delivering engaging and effective lessons
