You will be encouraged to take real ownership of your matters, running transactions from instruction through to completion and dealing with clients directly. The firm promotes a commercial, entrepreneurial, and collaborative approach , often working alongside other specialised departments such as tax, employment, and real estate to deliver a comprehensive client service.
The Team:
The Corporate team is known for its work in the £10m–£100m deal value range and is ranked in the Legal 500 for its strength in this space . Clients include high-net-worth individuals, financial institutions, private investors, family businesses, mid-level corporates, and start-ups.
