Senior/Lead Full Stack TypeScript Engineer
Remote / Hybrid
Up to £130k + Up to 0.3% Equity
We’re looking for a Senior/Lead Full Stack TypeScript Engineer with 5+ years of experience building scalable products. A huge plus if in fast-moving startup environments.

What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable full stack applications using TypeScript
- Own features end-to-end from architecture to deployment
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership to ship impactful features
- Improve system performance, reliability, and developer experience
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy
- Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong experience with TypeScript across frontend and backend
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or similar
- Experience building backend services with Node.js
- Proven experience working in fast-paced startup environments
- Strong understanding of system design, APIs, and scalable architecture
- Comfortable taking ownership and operating with high autonomy
- Excellent communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience scaling systems from early stage to growth phase
- Prior experience in Seed to Series B startups
