About Sway:
Sway is a premium wellness collective delivering fitness, Pilates, therapy, and recovery experiences directly to clients — in their homes, offices, or online. We are defined by expertise, personalisation, and integrity. Our team of specialists collaborate to create seamless, high-quality journeys that empower clients to perform at their best.
The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Comprehensive Pilates Teacher to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing and delivering tailored 1:1 and 2:1 Pilates sessions in client locations across London, adapting to individual goals, needs, and environments. • Offer precise cueing and modifications to support clients of all abilities.
• Monitor client progress and adjust training plans for continual results.
• Foster a positive, professional training environment that balances challenge with support.
• Collaborate with Sway’s wider team (Strength and Conditioning coaches, personal trainers, physiotherapists, massage therapists, psychotherapists) to ensure integrated care.
• Educate clients on health, recovery, and lifestyle practices that support performance.
• Keep accurate session notes and client progress records.
• Represent Sway’s values of integrity, quality, ability and client-centred care at all times.
Skills & Requirements:
• Comprehensive Pilates Certification (Mat and all major equipment).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience teaching Pilates to a diverse client base in private or semi-private settings.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and safe progressions/regressions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; clear cueing and supportive presence, with the ability to adapt coaching style to different client types.
• Professionalism and flexibility to train in client homes and varied environments.
• Collaborative mindset - aligned with Sway’s ethos of collaboration and integrity and a willingness to work as part of a multi-disciplinary wellness team.
• Organised, punctual, and reliable with a commitment to high standards.
• Naturally empathetic.
• Personal Insurance.
• First AID course (or willing to obtain).
Desirable:
• Experience with pre/post-natal, rehab, or movement therapy.
• Additional knowledge in strength training, yoga, or mobility work.
• Experience working with busy professionals or high-performing clients.
